Lil TJay is responsive and alert following the shooting last week in New Jersey.
According to TMZ, Lil TJay is still hospitalized but is beginning recovery and is speaking on his own. He is no longer on the breathing tube and they say his voice still remains the same.
He was shot in the chest and neck. He went through emergency surgery after being shot on June 22 in Edgewater, NJ
He was shot multiple times by a guy named Mohamed Konate. Konate was arrested and also had gunshot wounds. Videos show someone driving and dropping Konate on the ground at the hospital.
He was charged with 3 counts of first-degree attempted murder. The two guys that were with Lil TJay were arrested also for second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
